The 48-year-old singer arrived at the Christian Dior fashion presentation in a sleek black ensemble in the fashionable city of Paris. But after posing for shots outside the venue,the singer tumbled into one of her male handlers on her way in but still managed to look every bit the polished star after getting hold of herself.
